Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. MedPouch has no accounts or servers, so we can't see or recover your information.

I'm not getting medication reminders.

Open Settings → Notifications → MedPouch and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders are set for medications with a Daily, Twice daily, Three times daily, or Weekly frequency.

How do first responders see my information?

Open the Emergency tab to show your card, or share it as an image to keep in your Photos. We also recommend setting up Medical ID in Apple's Health app, which can be viewed from the Lock Screen.

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one. MedPouch's data is included in device backups.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete All Data.
